  6.       Enables you to send a brief message to any node number.  You can use 
  7.       this command to notify users that you are about to shut down the system 
  8.       or just to say hello.

  10.    Subcommands
  11. @X03
  12.       (node #)        Node number.  This can be any active node number. You 
  13.                       may also type ALL in place of the node number to 
  14.                       broadcast the message to all active nodes.
  15.  
  16.       (message)       Message to send to another node.  Any text up to 48 
  17.                       characters in length.  Text is displayed in all capital 
  18.                       letters and punctuation is omitted.

  22.       Allows any user with SysOp security to display a message to any or all 
  23.       active nodes.  This command is useful to notify users that the system 
  24.       may be going down, or if you wish to have all users log off of the 
  25.       system.

  27.       When the message is displayed to the user it will also send a beep to 
  28.       help get the user's attention.

  30.       NOTE:  All subcommands must be placed on the command line.  If you type 
  31.       BR and press enter then you will be returned back to the command prompt 
  32.       and no action will have taken place.

  34.       If a user is not in PCBoard (e.g., the user is currently in a DOOR) 
  35.       then the user will not see the message because they were not in PCBoard 
  36.       at the time the broadcast message was sent.

  40.       To broadcast a message to node 1 which says PLEASE LOG OFF AS SOON AS 
  41.       POSSIBLE you would type:

  43.           BR 1 PLEASE LOG OFF AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

  45.       To broadcast a message to all active nodes which notifies the users 
  46.       that you would like them to log off of the system you would type the 
  47.       following at the command prompt:
